     Distinguishing Features of Dynaservo Motion Control Products

      Dynaservo Fics serial motion controllers eliminate the need to employ PLC for control of motion systems. Fics controllers utilize 32-bit RISC CPU equipped with specific motion control firmware to solve both simple and complex motion control applications. Fics controllers are available as a compact standalone unit, handheld operator terminal unit and in various PC-bus type configurations. They are capable of controlling motion systems with any combination of servo and step motors from 1 to 16 axes, and 256DI/DO. Fics controllers offer multi-tasking, multi-axis linear and circular interpolation, high precision Point-to-Point control, multiple motion profiles, math functions, palletizing and matrix functions.

      Dynaservo utilizes commonly used serial communication standards, RS485 @ 625Kbps or RS422 @ 2.5Mbps, to link its motion control components. The communication network is simple, economical and reliable. It does not require any special equipment or expertise to configure and interface such systems.

      Dynaservo offers users a choice of motion programming languages, thus enhancing flexibility and convenience for motion systems configuration and programming. Dynaservo motion control products can be furnished with Fics-III Basic-like language, Fics-IV natural language or Ladder Motion language. For program development and system setup Dynaservo provides Windows based WinFics and WinPLC programming tools, and Windows DLL.

      Dynaservo provides 10 different types of HMI terminals, offering exceptional functionality and flexibility to address every requirement of motion control applications. The HMI selection ranges from a basic keypad operator terminal to a teach pendant terminal to a portable color touchscreen multi-axis motion controller terminal.
