EZ Limo utilizes an Oriental
Motor stepping motor with a built-in feedback
system, when a misstep is about to occur, the
motor performs closed-loop control, thereby
ensuring stable operation.

Noise
The EZ Limo EZHS, EZHC &
EZHP series use a software-based smooth drive
function to suppress vibration and noise even
during low-speed operation, such as a
return-to-home operation.
- Maintenance-Free for Long-Term
Performance
The drive mechanism uses
THK's ball screw, while the guide mechanism
adopts THK's LM Guides®. The ball screw
employs the QZ™ lubrication system,
while the LM Guide® uses the Ball Retainer®
to retain coupled rolling elements. These
mechanisms give the system a considerable
duration of maintenance-free performance.

Features
|
Dynaservo provides comprehensive line of
linear motion systems specifically
designed as an alternative to pneumatic
cylinders. These electro-mechanic
positioning systems integrate precision
ball-screw, servo or step motor, drive
and motion controller in one convenient
package. Linear motion systems are
available in slider and rod
configurations, with stroke range from
50 to 1000 mm and speed range from 1 to
600 mm/sec.
Linear motion systems can be easily
programmed and controlled from a pendant
operator terminal, PLC or PC. Linear
motion systems feature high precision
multiple points positioning, positioning
repeatability of +/- 0.002 mm, and
multiple units networking via high-speed
serial communication link.
Linear motion systems offer enhanced
application flexibility through their
ability to directly interface with
Dynaservo Fics-PDS/3, an integrated
3-axis step motor control system, or
with other controllers. Linear motion
systems provide economical and reliable
linear motion control solutions for
applications such as part transfer, pick
and place, dispensing, palletizing, and
industrial robotic systems.
