Easy-To-Use With
EZ Limo you can have motion in minutes. We've
done all of the work, saving you the time and
expense of designing and manufacturing a linear
motion system.
Compact Design The
motor, ball screw and feedback system are all
housed in a compact, stylish body.
Closed-Loop
Control EZ Limo utilizes an Oriental
Motor stepping motor with a built-in feedback
system, when a misstep is about to occur, the
motor performs closed-loop control, thereby
ensuring stable operation.
Low Vibration/Low
Noise The EZ Limo EZHS, EZHC &
EZHP series use a software-based smooth drive
function to suppress vibration and noise even
during low-speed operation, such as a
return-to-home operation.
Maintenance-Free for Long-Term
Performance The drive mechanism uses
THK's ball screw, while the guide mechanism
adopts THK's LM Guides®. The ball screw
employs the QZ™ lubrication system, while
the LM Guide® uses the Ball Retainer® to
retain coupled rolling elements. These
mechanisms give the system a considerable
duration of maintenance-free performance.
Easy one-touch connection to the
controller. Up to 63 motion profiles can be set.
The controller offers two positioning modes:
Absolute and Incremental, depending on your
preferred movement of the
equipment.
Teaching Pendant
(sold separately)
Provides real-time monitoring with
information such as set operating data, current
position and I/O status. Perform remote teaching
using the keys on the pendant to move the table
or rod to a target
position, then store the data
for that position.
