Dynaservo Inc. developed a versatile and flexible motion control system for metal
fabricating machines enabling execution of multiple operations such as feed-to-length,
notch, punch and cut-to-length at high speed and with exceptional accuracy. Dynaservo
compact servo drives and motors provide exact material feeding and positioning eliminating
the need for a costly zero-backlash gearbox. The PC based control system utilizing
Dynaservo PCI-bus type motion controller and advanced software significantly improves
process control and monitoring, and at the same time simplifies machine operation. Once
the START command is entered, the system will automatically determine the optimum sequence
of events for the minimum material travel required for part production. The system
continuously monitors and records every parameter of production process and generates
production management reports.
Dynaservo PC based motion control system incorporates versatile motion controller,
system software, servo drive and efficient servomotor. The system employs powerful
capabilities of the PCI-bus type motion controller to provide exceptional functionality,
accuracy, repeatability and reliability. User-friendly software greatly simplifies operator
tasks. Dynaservo PC based motion control system offers high performance at a very low cost.
